Earned NWA BizPerks Points May Expire On 12/31/08

This Travel Alert serves as a reminder to check your Northwest Airlines BizPerks account to make sure your company's BizPerks points do not expire on December 31, 2008.

As your company's BizPerks points expire 3 years after they have been earned, many companies will have BizPerks points that expire at the end of this year.  Any points that are about to expire must be redeemed for e-certificates prior to December 31, 2008, but travel DOES NOT have to be completed by that date. 

To check the status of your company's Northwest Airlines BizPerks account, please follow these instructions:

  • Log onto www.nwa.com
  • Place cursor over "Promotions & Products"
  • Click on BizPerks
  • Click on your country location
  • Enter your company's BizPerks code and Password, then click on "Log In"
  • Click on "Manage Account" on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click on "View Statement" to view expiring points
