ATTN: Travel Manager/Arranger/Travelers
Later this year, Northwest Airlines' BizPerks® and Delta Air Lines' SkyBonus® program will merge into one program under the SkyBonus name. In preperation for these programs to merge, there are changes going into effect July 30, 2009 for NWA BizPerks customers.
- The administrator of your company's BizPerks account no longer is required to have a WorldPerks number.
- When the administrator of your company's BizPerks account logs in (after July 30, 2009), they will be prompted to select a unique User Name - instead of their company's BizPerks code. This new User Name along with their current password will allow them to access the account. NOTE: the BizPerks code can still be part of the new User Name if desired.
- The administrator of your company's BizPerks account will be prompted to select a preferred language, which will then save in their preferences.
No changes in the BizPerks program affect how Travel One applies your company's code to reservations. Travel One will continue to attach your company's BizPerks code to every applicable reservation - there is no other actio required by travelers or the administrator of the BizPerks site.
